Project Update
In May 2017, Bord na Móna Powergen received planning permission for the proposed Cloncreen Wind Farm.
Bord na Móna Powergen also received permission for a substation at two locations. We will only use one of these locations depending on where the project will get access to the National Grid. Please download map to see proposed locations.

There are no upcoming public events.
The Community Engagement Forum will continue to meet on an ongoing basis during the development of the project to ensure that community concerns, ideas, views and opinions on the proposed wind farm are raised and discussed with Bord na Móna.
